Short-term prevention of infestations caused by New World screwworm (Cochliomyia hominivorax) larvae (myiasis) when administered within 24 hours of birth or at the time of initial wound care in horses, under FDA Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

Active ingredients:

Ivermectin 10 mg/mL

Formats:

15 mL oral syringe, 120 mL bottle

Dosage and administration:

For oral use in horses only.
• Administer according to the FDA Fact Sheet.
• Each 1 mL treats 110 lb (50 kg) of body weight.
• 10 mL treats an 1,100 lb (500 kg) horse.
• Do not underdose.
