Active Ingredients Per Bolus:
Dipotassium phosphate – 6.21 oz
Potassium – 2.93 oz
Phosphate – 3.53 oz
Inactive Ingredients Per Bolus:
Purified Water
Acetylated monoglycerides and
diglycerides
Administer using the
K Phos-Boost® branded applicator. Give
2 boluses orally, once daily for up to
three days.
No withdrawal period for meat and withholding time for milk are required when used according to the label. Keep out of reach of children. Consult the product label for all indications and conditions of use.
